****ABOUT THE CONDITION ****

As you can see from the photos, the item is brand new, still sealed.

I did cut the tape to take the photos, then carefully put it back in the box.

Be advised. These have been sitting on a shelf for over 20 years, and the packaging is not airtight. As a result, dust and sediment from the air accumulates on the surfaces. To restore the original finish. You may need to rub the pieces down gently with a damp, microfiber, no scratch cloth prior to installation.  (this especially applies to the 102, Oil rubbed bronze finish)
